Can I return an item where I have used a discount code?
In short the answer is yes, as long as the item was full priced before the discount code was added and complies with the rest of our returns policy. If an item is on sale already and a discount code is used, this item will be classed as a sale item which can not be returned.
Can I get a refund on an item purchased with a discount code?
Yes we can issue a refund on a purchase where a discount code has been used as long as it meets all other requirements in our returns policy. This would exclude any items that were already on sale. And also please note we can only offer a store credit when an item is purchased by Laybuy, Afterpay or Humm.
I have a store credit / loyalty voucher. Can I use this and the promotional sale discount code at the same time?
Unfortunately not. You will be able to either use your store credit, loyalty voucher or discount code at one time. More than one code can not be added to the discount code box.
Can I use a gift voucher online?
Unfortunately a gift voucher can be used in store ONLY
Can I use a gift card / e-voucher online?
Yes you can use your gift card / e-voucher online, however you will not be able to use this and a promotional sale discount code at the same time.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped the next working day. We will post on our Facebook page any changes to our opening hours over holiday periods.
